Join us from in June 2025 for an unparallel cycling experience like no other. Set in the stunning coastal town of Benicàssim, this event is designed for keen cyclists looking to challenge themselves participating in this UCI event as well as enjoying their off their bike time in a luxurious Villa .

What is included in the 3-day and 5-day packages?Both packages include accommodation, half board, event registration, an official event jersey, support van, transport to the event, airport pick-up (upon request), and bike storage. Optional extras, such as bike rental, can be arranged.

How difficult is The Challenge main event?The event is a 200 km route with 3,000 meters of elevation gain, designed for experienced cyclists looking for a challenging ride. However, with the support of our team, even intermediate cyclists can participate and enjoy the experience. If during the day, you feel like you cannot complete it, there are two different checkpoints located at 87km and 124km where you could retire and our team will pick you up to return to base.

What level of support will I receive during The Challenge event?The event has support vehicles throughout the course to assist with mechanical issues, and any emergencies. There are also 5 feeding stations with water, biscuits, fruit, sandwiches, gels, bars, coca-cola or isotonic drinks. Our team will also be on-call for any other emergencies or queries.

What happens if I fall behind during The Challenge?If you fall behind the event’s rolling safety bubble, the roads will reopen to traffic, and you will no longer be in the protected zone. You will be able to complete the course but please be mindful of traffic regulations.

How do I prepare for The Challenge?We recommend building your stamina and hill-climbing skills at least 1 month in advance. Bring appropriate gear, including a helmet, and cycling shoes. If you’re looking for extra support, we offer custom training packages on request. Our team of nutritional and physical coaching experts can help get you in top shape for this event or any other cycling challenges you have planned. We’ll also send a detailed checklist after your booking to ensure you’re fully prepared.

Can I rent a bike if I don’t want to bring my own?Yes, we offer high-quality bike rentals as an optional extra. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent a bike so we can reserve one for you.

Is airport transfer included in the package?Yes, we offer airport pick-up as part of our packages from Castellon or Valencia. Please provide us with your flight details in advance so we can arrange your transfer seamlessly. For any other airports, please contact us before booking.

What activities are available on non-event days?Our accommodation is designed to provide a relaxing and social environment for cyclists. In addition to comfortable, cycling-friendly rooms, you can unwind in our gardens and private pools. We have also prepared prep rides prior to the main event, as well as opportunities to enjoy local cultural experiences. It’s a perfect setting to connect with fellow cyclists and recharge before the big day.

What meals are included during the stay?Our packages include half board, which means breakfast and dinner are provided daily. Meals are tailored to meet the nutritional needs of cyclists, ensuring you’re well-fueled for your ride. Lunch options are available at local restaurants or can be arranged upon request.

What if I need to cancel?We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following cancellation policy: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is made. This secures your place on the tour. 2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the event. If the balance is not paid by the due date, your place may be released without a refund of the deposit. 3. Cancellations: • If you cancel more than 60 days before the tour start date, no additional charges will apply, but the deposit will not be refunded. • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour will result in the forfeiture of the full tour cost. 4. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
