PEDAL & PAUSE

About

ABOUT

Nestled in the breathtaking coastal town of Benicassim, Spain, Pedal & Pause is more than just a cycling retreat; it's a gateway to a unique Spanish adventure.

Founded by the dynamic British-Spanish duo, David and Paloma, we combine the thrill of cycling with the rich flavours of local Spanish cuisine.

Spain, being the second most mountainous country in Europe after Switzerland, offers an ideal environment for those who relish an epic climbing challenge. However, our idyllic location in Benicassim, just minutes away from glorious beaches and vineyards, provides the perfect mix for both avid cyclists and beginners alike.

Pedal & Pause offers an experience that transcends typical cycling adventures. Our team, like a cycling family, ensures personalised care for each rider, both on and off the bike. The adventure continues even after the cycling ends, with our in-house catering team ready to indulge you with homemade quality food prepared by David, who is a trained chef!
